Alvan Blanch DF universal continuous flow grain dryer

The "ST-Agro" company presents a NEW product - a grain dryer that dries more than 14 crops with any degree of moisture and weediness of the product.

Universal. There are no downtimes when drying different cultures.

The double-flow grain dryer of the conveyor type DF AlvanBlanch is manufactured in Great Britain and has no analogues in the Ukrainian market in terms of its versatility and power with modest dimensions. It can be placed on a mobile platform and transported directly to the place of drying, essentially in the field. Productivity from 6.5t/hour to 60t/hour atdry wheat from 20% to 15%.

Maybe, including, drying such rare crops as: barley, oats, rice, rapeseed, flax, beans, sorghum and evengrass seeds, cucumber grass and cocoa beans.

Runs on gas or diesel. Installation of biomass burners is also possible.

The concept of drying through a moving layer of grain with its full turnover is used. This gives much more functionality compared to other dryers, especially due to the lack of mixing of crops with different characteristics (different cultures) one after the other and controlled by electronic equipment. This is a completely unique advantage.
When changing a crop or a lot of grain, which is fed for drying on simple vertical dryers, there is an inevitable mixing of the crop or it is necessary to empty and reload the drying hopper, which causes downtime. DF AlvanBlanch dryers are the best choice for solving similar problems.(//tractor-service.com)
