Organic fertilizer spreader RUN-15, Cherkasy region.

Run-15 spreader (organic fertilizer) - an effective agricultural tool. It is involved in the optimization of the agrarian properties of the soil. Ensures the introduction of organic fertilizer into the soil.

Uniformlyraspredelyaet manure andcompost on the treated surface. Design parameters ensure high application productivity (up to 15 meters wide). The processing principle is scattering. The unit forms rolls with piles of fertilizer placed on the field. Advances it to the thrower, which performs the spreading of the working material on the treated surface. Scattering occurs in both directions from the movement of the tractor. The machine is used for processing large agricultural areas. Provides surface application of raw materials to the soil. The spreader is designed for high intensity operation.

The spreader of organic fertilizers is characterized by a high-quality constructive and technical solution. It consists of two hinged elements. The roll former and the mechanism for spreading the working material. The balkoobrazovatel is connected to the tractor by the front linkage mechanism. It consists of two sides and an inclined wall with an adjustable window. Support rollers adjust the height of the unit. The dosing window regulates the intensity of the feed.

Vertical shutters change the height of the window (range 0.2 m to 1 m). Horizontal - ego width (0.12 m - 0.35 m). In this way, the size of the passage section is changed and the feed rate of the working material is regulated.

The spreading mechanism is mounted on the tractor behind. It works from the PTO of the tractor. It consists of two rotors that are attached to the frame. Four-lobed rotors carry out direct fertilizer spreading.(//tractor-service.com)
Support rollers regulate the height of the unit. The rotation frequency of the rotors is switched by mechanical
way.

Technical characteristics of the spreader:
performance - spring;
introduction of working material to a width of 15 m;
distribution of material (working body, quantity) - rotor, 2 pcs;
structural mass of the unit - 3000 kg;
compatibility - tractors from 150 hp (T-150, T-150K).
