MRP seedling-planting machine under film (for tomatoes, cabbage, peppers, cucumbers), Volyn region.

MRP seeding machine mounted two or four rows intended for planting cassette seedlings vegetable crops (cabbage, pepper, etc.) are aggregated with tractors of traction class 1.4-2.0.

MRP is a machine with vertical planting mechanisms and allows planting seedlings from cassettes with cylindrical, conical and square cell shapes.

Advantages:

- the rotation of the landing mechanisms is carried out by two gear wheels arranged with an offset. This ensures a constant vertical arrangement of the mechanisms during machine operation and prevents seedlings from falling to the side after being placed in the cup by the operator.

- the rigid installation of the planting mechanisms between the gear wheels, the conical shape of the coulter sides, as well as the opening of the mechanism for planting seedlings directly in the ground, allows you to accurately maintain the specified planting step, excluding the influence of the difference in the mass and size of the plants in the cassette on the planting step; prevents damage to plants when they fall and ensures the vertical arrangement of seedlings after placing them in the hole formed by the mechanism. The exact arrangement of plants in a row ensures compliance with the correct planting rate and the necessary feeding area.

- when the mechanism is opened, the formation of a hole occurs due to the movement of the soil to the sides, while there is no excessive compaction of the soil in the formed hole, which accelerates the establishment of plants after planting.

- the installation of the landing section on a parallelogram suspension allows you to plant seedlings at the required and equal depth with exact copying of the soil surface, which ensures full immersion of plant roots.(//tractor-service.com)

- width-adjustable rolling wheels compact the soil near the seedling, depending on its size, for better and dense contact of the roots with the soil, maintaining a stable vertical position.

- the possibility of installing an irrigation system and modifying the machine for simultaneous laying of the film and planting of seedlings is being worked out.
