International exhibition of equipment and ingredients for the bakery and confectionery industry reflects the latest trends in the development of the Ukrainian baking and confectionery industry, as well as the state of the world market of baking and confectionery, promotes the development of domestic baking, demonstrates achievements, advanced technologies, helps specialists in the baking and confectionery industry of Ukraine to find new solutions. It contributes to the improvement of the level and quality of life of the Ukrainian nation by promoting innovative, ecological technologies and products of the bakery and confectionery industry.
