Payment and delivery:
Delivery in Ukraine: We send orders by any mail convenient for you (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, etc.). Shipping is carried out every day or within 2-3 days, if the finished product is available. When ordering on weekends and holidays, the delivery time may be extended.
Free packaging: We reliably and carefully pack each product by ourselves - you do not overpay for the packaging materials of the post office. The cost of the delivery itself is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs, depending on the size of the order.
Self-pickup and address delivery: If you live in the Buchi/Borodyanka/Irpin area (Kyiv region), personal delivery is possible by prior agreement.
Methods of payment: You can pay for the order in a convenient way for you - by card or cash on delivery (cash on delivery) upon receipt at the post office.
Booking and production:
No prepayment: Reservations of osmium bee cocoons and houses are made without prepayment (free of charge).
Crafting: All houses are created from scratch. If the selected item is not available, it will take some time for production - we will definitely agree on the terms with you.
