Rubbering (restoration) of a John Deere track roller, Lviv region region.

We restoresupport rollers for tracked John Deere machinery.  Restoration is done by rubberizing. 

The work is guaranteed for 2,000 hours.

Welding of rubber is done under pressure in molds, which guarantees high quality adhesion to the base and the necessary parameters of the roller.

- the high elasticity of the material guarantees the protection of the caterpillar and increases its service life;

 - relatively high hardness (75-80 units of Ш), combined with the elasticity of the material, creates a surface resistant to dynamic loads as well as work on coatings with large fractions;

- unlike the others, it is covered stably, so polyurethane coating has the property of quickly breaking down in case of damage to the surface layer and cracks, at the same time, the rubber wears out gradually, symmetrically on the working surface, which guarantees the planned operation of the equipment and the absence of force majeure situations;

- resistant to the sticking of asphalt, resin, mud and other masses;
