Spores of the causative agent of powdery mildew or oidium, which fall on a leaf of a culture after Talendo® treatment, lose the ability to form appressoria, which makes it impossible for the causative agent to penetrate the plant in the future. Thanks to its properties, the active substance proquinazid suppresses the formation, spread and germination of spores, thereby providing a significant reduction in the level of infection and reliable protection against the causative agent of the disease.

RECOMMENDATIONS

To achieve high efficiency of protection against powdery mildew diseases, Talendo® should be used prophylactically, before the first signs of the disease appear. You can also use a fungicide at the first manifestations of the disease, but if there are signs of a wide spread of the pathogen, it is worth using Talendo® in tank mixtures with systemic preparations, for example, triazoles to enhance the therapeutic effect. To achieve the maximum effect, a spraying program is recommended: 2 treatments on apple trees and 3 treatments on vineyards.

Prophylactic use of fungicide guarantees the achievement of the best results in protecting grapes from diseases.
