ZSW soaking hopper is intended for preliminary washing root vegetables, such as carrots,parsley,celery, beets andpotatoes.

The design of the device allows for continuous washing, as well as in the system of cyclic loading. Directly dropping fruits into a tank filled with water reduces the risk of fruit damage. A strong flow of air is fed directly into the tank, causing "bubble" and friction of vegetables, which ensures high efficiency of soaking very dirty root crops. Inside the tank there is a conveyor with a core belt for transportation to the subsequent equipment.
