Productivity - from 200 to 300 kg of loaded raw materials per time (depending on the size of the fruits). Or about 720 processed berries per minute. The drive is a 0.2 kW electric motor.
It is recommended for use in small and medium-sized businesses, in farms.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Raw materials (berries) are fed into the loading tray. Berries fall into the cells of the drum. When the punches are lowered, the stones are removed from the fruit and fall into the chute, along which they roll down into the receiving container. Stoneless berries roll down the chute. The punches are set in motion with the help of an Italian motor - a gearbox. An emergency button is provided for an emergency stop of the equipment. Juice, which is formed in the process of processing berries, also flows out of the chute, it can be collected in a separate container.
Requirements for raw materials: ripe berries, cleaned of stalks, debris, leaves, etc. The diameter of the berries is from 15 to 25 mm. It is advisable to wash before loading. The unit is not intended for processing rotten, defective (shriveled), damaged, too small berries.
Safety.
When developing the unit, much attention was paid to safety issues. Grounding and a double degree of electrical insulation are provided for an unmaintained asynchronous motor. All moving parts are equipped with a protective cover. A mechanism of protection against breakage in case of bone jamming is provided.
A small amount of juice and seeds are obtained as by-products. All the obtained products can be subjected to further processing.
