The peculiarity of
this honey hunt is the frame, which is welded from a profile pipe and does not have jumpers in the upper loading part, which is more convenient when loading and unloading frames frame, elastically compensates for it, vibrations are transmitted to a lesser extent to the honey extractor itself, as a result of which it becomes more stable. The honey extractor consists of a tank with lids, a stand, an electric drive, a rotor with cassettes, a rectifier transformer, a control unit and a drain valve.
The electric drive is a motor-reducer mounted on the shaft of the honey extractor from below. The electric motor is powered by 24 V direct current, which can be supplied from a 220 V alternating current network through a rectifier transformer, which is installed in the lower part of the honey extractor, or from two 12 V batteries connected in series.
The power of the electric motor is 300 W. Cassettes with frames are automatically set in the non-working position along the radius to the center and turn when the rotor of the honey comb rotates in one or the other direction, depending on the direction of rotation of the rotor. The mode of operation of the honey extractor is set by the corresponding knobs on the remote control unit. Honeycomb can work in manual or automatic mode.
Attention!: When working from a 220V network, in order to prevent an accidental short circuit and fuse failure, it is necessary to disconnect the wires from the 24V connection terminals (when working from a 220V network, 24V is supplied to these terminals).
Operation of the honey race in manual mode (RO)
Speed, direction and rotation in this mode are set manually on the remote control unit using the corresponding buttons. After the end of rotation in one of the directions, or pressing the "Stop" button, a 22-second hold is made. After stopping, when the indicator of the "Stop" button lights up, it will be possible to access further work with the remote control - for example, turning on reverse or entering the programming menu.
Note: when working with a honey extractor, you must follow all the rules for pumping out honey, namely: part of the honey from one side of the comb must be pumped out at slow speeds, the rest - at fast speeds. The direction of rotation of the rotor is forward with the lower bar of the frame.
As it accumulates,
honey is drained through a faucet into a container.
Characteristics of manual mode
Range of revolutions / min. 50....160
Working time, min. 1...5
Direction of rotation Forward / Backward
Attention!
1. When choosing the optimal manual mode, it is necessary to start with average revolutions (not with maximum).
2. When using a voltage generator as a power source, be sure to include an additional load in the circuit (for example, a light bulb with a power of 100...150 W).

Operation of the honey race in automatic mode.
For the honey extractor to work in automatic mode, it is necessary to select one of the programs (P1; P2; P3; P4; P5; P6) on the control panel. The rotation speeds, the number of turns, and the pumping time are programmed at the manufacturer and are considered unchanged for each program. After the end of the rotation in one of the directions, as in the manual mode, a exposure of 22 seconds is made.
