Seeder SUPN-8, Nikolaev region.

Planter 8-01 – the seeder is intended for dotted sowing of calibrated seeds of plowed crops (soy, corn, sunflower, and others), allowing simultaneous application of granular mineral fertilizers with subsequent rolling of the soil in the rows.

It is aggregated with tractors of the traction class from 1.4 t./force. (MTZ-80 and Belarus-1221). It is possible to equip with a gas jet ejector.
The principle of operation of the seeder is as follows. By means of the gear mechanism and the drive of the supporting and driving wheels, the rotation of the seed sowing discs and spring augers of the fat seeding apparatus is carried out. The vacuum in the horseshoe-shaped cavity of the cover of the seeding device is created by vacuuming the power take-off shaft of the tractor, through the cardan shaft at a speed of 540 revolutions per minute. The fan of the new model has an overrunning clutch, thanks to which, when turning, after resetting the engine speed, the fan continues to work by inertia, the seeds do not fall off the sowing disk.

Advantages:

Frame
Nylon boxes (do not deform, do not crack when the temperature drops, do not require additional processing). The frame acts as a receiver and serves as a discharge chamber for the pneumatic system. The frame bar is reinforced (80x80).(//tractor-service.com)

Fattening apparatus
The fertilized bookmark is made separately from the seeds. Plastic cans are used for fertilizers, which excludes the process of deformation from chemical effects of fertilizers.

Paint
The unit is painted according to modern technology, by the polymerization method, and a galvanized coating is applied to the surface of some nodes and parts. Paint from the Italian manufacturer Roberlo is used, which is guaranteed to protect metal for more than 10 years, which corresponds to ISO quality. With the help of the welcome equipment, we can maintain a constant quality of painting and the thickness of the paint layer, which guarantees an aesthetic appearance.

Wheels
The wheels are located in the direction of the tractor, they have a protector that ensures the best traction of the wheels with the soil.
