The line includes equipment for the full processing cycle of
walnuts. Line operation algorithm:
The shelled nut is loaded into the hopper of the rotary calibrator. This mechanism is intended for preliminary preparation of the walnut before splitting in the nutcracker. The nut is divided into four types, by default with dimensions of 24 mm, 30 mm, 36 mm, 40 mm. Calibration of the nut is mandatory to obtain the maximum result of the productivity of the orechokola.
The pre-prepared nut enters the nutcracker, where the splitting stage of the nut takes place. In this line, a cone-type nutcracker is used, which is currently the most effective, the yield percentage of the whole kernel is 70%. The separated nut is moved to the spillway with the help of a loading, inclined conveyor. Vibrating equipment divides the separated nut into fractions 1/2 (butterfly), 1/4, 1/8 and crumb. This equipment can be additionally equipped with an aspiration system for blowing out debris and final husks. After this stage, the walnut enters the final stage of processing - an inspection belt conveyor, on both sides of which there are workers - who manually select the defective product and, where necessary, additionally clean the walnut of husks. For ease of use, the inspection conveyor is equipped with product flow separators, ladder trays and lighting with LED lamps. Walnut on the
inspection table pours evenly due to the use of a vibrating hopper.
