The aerodynamic separator can work in 4 modes:
- preliminary cleaning mode;
- primary cleaning mode;
- grain calibration mode;
- mixed mode (simultaneous cleaning and calibration).
A frequency converter is installed in the grain separator - a mini-computer that allows you to regulate the power of the engine and start it in different modes. This function increases the service life of parts and mechanisms, and also significantly saves the consumed electricity. The use of a frequency convector makes it possible to start the engine smoothly, adjust the impeller speed, reverse the impeller for cleaning the unit (in case of dust on the engine) and connect to a 380 V network.
