Description:
Doser on the granulator - used for dosing continuoussupply of compound feed (or other raw materials) from the hopper of the granulator line into the mixer-humidifiergranulator.(//tractor-service.com)
The dispenser of the granulator consists of a casing (pipe) inside which there is an auger (screw). The drive of the dosing auger on the granulator is a gear motor with a power of 0.37 kW.
The rotation frequency of the auger (Screw) of the dispenser can be smoothly changed, which better ensures the dosed supply of the product (raw material) to achieve the required or maximum productivity.
To change the frequency of rotation of the auger (screw) of the dispenser of the granulator, add. a frequency converter or a control panel with a frequency converter (for convenience...).
The granulator dispenser is an integral part of the Granulation Line and the granulator.
