Moisture meter - moisture meter "Flow" is intended for measuring the moisture content of grain, seeds, sawdust and other granular and powdered products and materials in a hopper, dryer, auger, on a conveyor.

The measurement method is based on the effect of absorption of high-frequency electromagnetic energy by water molecules, when the electromagnetic wave propagates into the substance.

The reproducibility and accuracy of readings is determined only by changes in the density of the measured object near the surface of the sensor.

A high degree of measurement accuracy is ensured at a constant density of the material.

FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MOISTURE FLOW METER:

The name of the product and the percentage of humidity are displayed on a liquid crystal display with a bright backlight.
The "Flow" moisture meter allows you to make corrections to the readings in the range of ±5% with a step of 0.1%, while the calibration curve shifts up or down without changing its shape.
The correction is entered and saved in the memory of the device and is individual for each material.
The operator can independently, using the keyboard of the indicator device, record and delete the names of any of the 99 calibrations.
The possibility of entering new calibrations or additional data for already recorded calibration curves. The operator enters several (at least two) calibration points into the memory of the microprocessor, the latter independently builds a new calibration characteristic or corrects an existing one.
The Potok device includes all standard calibrations:sunflower, millet,wheat, barley, buckwheat,corn, soybeans, peas, oats, rye, sorghum, rapeseed, flax, mustard, rice.

In a hopper or dryer. The sensor is placed inside a volume with material on a steel rod 40 cm long and 30 millimeters in diameter. The surface of the sensor is covered with a radio-transparent ceramic plate resistant to abrasive effects.
In the auger. The sensor is installed on the wall of the screw with the substance in such a way that the working surface of the sensor (ceramic plate) is flush with the inner surface of the screw.
Installation above the conveyor belt is possible. The layer of material on the tape should be no less than 5 cm.
