Processing with a cultivator in one pass, perform a set of necessary soil processing operations both during the main and pre-sowing cultivation (forcontinuous soil cultivation). They are equipped with four single-axle wheel mechanisms equipped with two-wheeled balancing carts with a 700 mm center distance, which ensures maximum stability of the cultivator during operation and accurate processing to a given depth.

The working clearance of the cultivator (from the bottom of the frame to the sole of the paw) is 710 mm, which, together with the 4-way arrangement of working bodies with the smallest distance between adjacent ones in a row of 690 mm, completely eliminates clogging of the subframe space with harvest and plant residues. And with an intercenter distance of 230 mm between the flat-cutting paws adjacent in the course, with a grip width of 310 mm (mutual overlap of 80 mm), 100% cutting of any weeds is ensured.

A significant (over 120 kg on the sock of the paw) activation force of the safety spring allows processing very hard soil to a strictly specified depth.

Adjustment of the depth of the cultivator is ensured by 4 screw screeds that change the angle of inclination of the hydraulic wheel mechanisms. At the same time, the hydraulic cylinders are completely closed during operation, and completely open during transportation. Regardless of the depth adjustment, the transport clearance will be more than 300 mm. Access to adjustment elements is convenient, as all points are located near the front bar of the cultivator. The sectional frame device allows the wings to move by 5? 7? up and down, which enables high-quality processing of slopes, dips and hills, accurately copying the terrain.
