DANIIL
The simple modified three-line corn hybrid Danyil is a novelty on the market and is recommended for cultivation on
grain and silage for all zones of Ukraine. It belongs to mid-early varieties.
Daniil hybrid corn plants do not bush and grow up to 240-250 cm in length. There are 18 leaves on the main stem. The stem has a conical-cylindrical shape, is attached at a height of 90 cm, and its length is 20-22 cm. The core of the stem is red, with 16-18 rows of yellow, tooth-shaped grains.
Features of the hybrid Danyil FAO 280:
• Extremely resistant to damage by major pests and diseases;
• Extremely resistant to lodging, stem brittleness and cold temperatures;
• It has good drought resistance and heat resistance;
• Has good foliage;

• Demonstrates equally high productivity at different sowing fractions
• High productivity indicators: the potential for grain is 13.5-14 t/ha, for
silage – 58-63 t/ha;
• High-tech;
• Referred to a good agrophone;
• Undemanding to growing conditions;
• Suitable for intensive agriculture.
Recommendations: The optimal density of Daniil hybrid corn plants for the steppe zone is 50-55 thousand/ha, for the forest-steppe - 60-65 thousand/ha, for Polesia - 65-70 thousand/ha. When sowing early and harvesting late, it gives grain moisture at the level of mid-early hybrids. In the western and northern regions of Ukraine, it is desirable to sow it early.
Additional information: Sorting tests are currently ongoing in Ukraine and Russia. According to already available data, the Danyil hybrid is the undisputed leader in yield.
