Purpose:
The grain cleaning complex is intended for cleaning and calibrating any grain in current conditions,warehouse, where it is necessary to load the grain from the side or byg-beg and remove the finished clean material and waste. The self-propelled complex is the best solution for post-harvest cleaning and grain calibration.
Principle of operation:
Through thescraper loader the grain from the side enters the feeder hopper of the SAD separator. Then, thanks to the vibrating tray, the grain from the hopper evenly enters the separation chamber, where it is processed by generator jets. Cleaned or calibrated grain falls into 2-3 fractions and is then transported by a noria to a separate sideboard ortrailer. Waste, thin and crushed seeds from 4-5 fractions are separately removed with an auger to the side. The cyclone serves to collect dust. The entire SAD self-propelled grain cleaning complex is driven by a motor-reducer, which is easily controlled by the operator. The absence of chain gears and lubrication points makes the construction reliable and safe during its operation.
