KPN-3 Hedge Cultivator, 0-3, Kiev region.

KPN cultivator has a number of design advantages over analogues, namely:
1. The frame mounting bracketthe roller is attached to the transverse beams of the main frame, which reduced the load on the rear beam of the main frame of the unit.
2. In the design of the roller, two-row bearings are used in the support, which facilitates their maintenance and provides 5 times more!!! resource compared to bearing 31-UCF-208.
3. Polymer bushings with graphite lubrication are used in the joint unit of the cultivator stand, which has a lifetime warranty and does not require maintenance compared to analogues where metal bushings and Lytol grease are used.
4. Two holes are provided for coupling with a tractor to connect the central drive, which ensures aggregation with tractors of all companies without modifying the unit.
5. On the rake, springs are used with a curl "along the path of the unit", which excludes spring breakage during operation. The cultivator is intended for continuous pre-sowing cultivation of the soil, to a depth of 5-12 cm with simultaneous cutting of the root system of weeds, crushing, leveling and rolling of the soil surface, as well as for the care of couples.
