Pochemuour quail eggs are so different from store eggs. The answer is very simple. If the yolk of domestic quail eggs is a beautiful orange color - the quails were fed beta carotene-rich feed, then the color of the yolk will be brighter. There is a lot of carotene in such products as corn, alfalfa, carrots, etc. It is especially good if it is alfalfa, clover or calendula.
If the yolk has an unsaturated color - "pale", then there is little corn in the feed, alfalfa - quail, most likely, they were fed only wheat, barley and other cheap feeds with a low content of beta-carotene. Our quails are kept by families (male and female), if the pollinated egg was fertilized, then it already contains 100% set of chromosomes and a quail can emerge from this egg. Such an egg contains not only half of the nutrients of the mother, but also half of the nutrients of the father.
Fertilized eggs are richer in vitamins and minerals thantable eggs, although they are more expensive (males need to be fed additionally). In fertilized pollinated eggs, the yolk is more saturated in color.
