LLC "PPU PROFIT" uses the most progressive and technological method of creating continuous thermal and waterproof coatings by layer-by-layer seamless spraying of polyurethane foam compositions - rigid polyurethane foam (PPU).

Spraying is carried out by professional equipment - high-pressure dispensers, guns for mixing, feeding and spraying Graco Fusion, Gama, Probler, using components of the company BASF (Polyurethane foam heat-insulating and sealing systems Elastospray ("Elastopor H") - TU В.2.7–25.2–20068365–001: 2011, produced by BASF POLYURETHANES GMBH, Germany). Surfaces with applied polyurethane foam are additionally treated only if protection against direct ultraviolet rays is necessary. Approved sanitary and epidemiological certificates. Direct contact of polyurethane foam with foodstuffs is allowed.

The work is carried out in accordance with the "Recommendations for the production and use of polyurethane foam of the heat-insulating and sealing system "Elastopor N" produced by BASF POLYURETHANES GMBH". The terms of effective use of polyurethane foam of the "Elastopor H" system, in accordance with TU U V.2.7-25.2-20068365-001:2011, is at least 30 years from the date of manufacture.

It is about 14 $ - 19 € for 1 square meter, insulated with polyurethane foam continuously layer by layer with a total thickness of 5 - 6 cm. (50 - 60 mm.) for a relatively flat (not ribbed slab, metal tile, profile, etc.) and smooth (not porous, moisture absorbing) surface. Each customer has an individual approach and desire to reach an agreement.

Prices are formed based on the cost of raw materials produced by BASF, Germany (the industry leader, full Ukrainian certification, TU) or raw materials from other countries, without taking into account additional work, such as surface preparation (removal of old lime, unstable surfaces, if necessary, priming), subject to compliance with the temperature regime recommended by the manufacturers - the surface must be above +12C (it can fundamentally differ from the ambient temperature environment)
To calculate the price of spraying per square meter on an uneven surface (concrete ceilings made of ribbed PCZ panels, profiled, ribbed, corrugated slate, tiles, etc.), its area must be expanded, if possible, calculate the expansion factor and apply it to the linear dimensions of the area. It can be from 1.05 to 1.6 or more for a surface with complex geometry. So, for example, the expansion of the surface of the traditionally used ceiling slabs - ribbed PCZ plates, increases the linear dimensions by 1.51 times (the depth of large and small ribs is no more than 25 and 10 cm, respectively). According to the construction regulations of the DBN D.2.2-15-99 Item 1.2.4.6 – this coefficient is 1.6.
To calculate the price of spraying per square meter on a porous, moisture-absorbing surface (foam concrete, aerated concrete, shellac, etc.), a factor of 1.05 - 1.1 is used, depending on the condition of the surface and the thickness of the insulation application (up to 30% with a PPU thickness of 30 mm for shellac, shellac, limestone)
When spraying ceilings and roofs, in order to calculate the amount of necessary material, + (5-10)% must be included in the calculation for technological, objectively unavoidable losses in the form of settling of small particles (ceiling), loss due to wind (roof).

The final cost is formed taking into account the specific conditions and volumes of the work performed, the secondment of workers, and the delivery of equipment to the facility. Under the conditions of performing work on a difficult surface and/or in cool weather, the final cost is determined by the fact of the material used.
