Iron chelate Zn EDTA 15% (degree of chelation 100%)

Zinc content Zn - 150 g/kg

Manufacturer: ADOB (Poland). Registered as a fertilizer in the EU.

Packaging: 25 kg, 1 kg (the price of small packaging - UAH 240/kg)

It is used to prevent and eliminate zinc deficiency.

Zinc is a component of many plant systems, it affects the metabolism in plants (protein, carbohydrate metabolism, synthesis of phytohormones), is a component of various enzymes: dehydrogenases, peptidases, phosphohydrolases.

The main functions of zinc in plants:

• metabolism of carbohydrates, phosphates and proteins;

• formation of auxins, DNA, ribosomes.

In addition, zinc affects the permeability of membranes, stabilizes cellular components and systems of microorganisms, increases the resistance of plants to dry and hot climates, fungal and bacterial diseases, accelerates growth and development, and increases the productivity of agricultural crops.

Zinc stimulates vegetative growth due to participation in the synthesis of the amino acid tryptophan, which is a promoter and precursor of the phytohormone - auxin.

With a lack of zinc in plants, metabolism is disturbed, the content of sucrose andstarch decreases, leaf chlorosis develops, which slows down the formation of chlorophyll and reduces the activity of photosynthesis.

Characteristic symptoms of zinc deficiency:

· internodal growth retardation

· yellowing of leaves (chlorosis)

· appearance of chlorosis

· development of rosetteness.

Cultures and soils are sensitive to zinc deficiency:

· Iron-poor alkaline and carbonate soils

· Sensitive to zinc deficiency:corn, cereals.

For example, in corn, symptoms usually appear 2 weeks before the initial flowering. At the same time, the internodes are shortened, the leaves appear striped as a result of the discoloration of the tissues along their edges and along the entire length of the central vein, but the very edges of the leaves and the central vein remain green.

New leaves also change. Sometimes the edge of the leaves and the nodes of the stem become purple. Plants stop developing with severe deficiency of this trace element.

It is very rare for a uniform effect to appear on the entire field. High phosphorus content in the soil, acidic soils (pH higher than 6.3), cold, excessive soil moisture, lack of organic matter in the soil (the effect of the arable layer) contribute to zinc starvation.

How does top dressing with zincfertilizers affect plants?

Corn - with foliar top dressing, the yield increases.

Rye, oats, spring wheat - the yield increases, the productivity of the ear increases, the ratio of grain and ear decreases. At the same time, the straw is shortened, and the mass of the grain increases. The content of phosphorus in the grain increases and potassium decreases.

Lettuce - yield increases by 17-47%, zinc contributes to the accumulation of ascorbic acid and chlorophyll, and also increases the content of crude protein and zinc.

Clover - in addition to increasing productivity, an increase in the level of protein, ascorbic acid, and chlorophyll is observed.

Sugar beet (root crops) - increases yield and sugar content.

Cabbage heads, onion turnips - increase productivity and sugar content.

Zinc chelate Zn EDTA 15% has the following properties:

1) Non-toxic

2) Does not contain chlorine

3) Stable in a wide pH range of the working solution

4) Compatible with mineral fertilizers and pesticides.

5) Completely soluble in water and easily absorbed by plants.

6) Resistant to the action of microorganisms

7) It binds insignificantly to insoluble soil compounds

8) It differs in high transport activity and permeability through the leaves of plants.

Entry norms:

• 0.3-1 kg per 1 ha for foliar application (for corn - about 1 to 2 kg, for cereals - about 0.3 - 1 kg for one application).

• 0.5 - 1 kg per 1 ha when used through drip irrigation systems - do not exceed the concentration by more than 0.1% (100 g of product per 100 l of water).

Love your plants and let them be healthy!
