Hand cutting will be useful when processing a large number of apples for juice,
jams, compotes, etc. All cutting parts in contact with
apples are made of food grade stainless steel. The knife cuts the apple into 12 parts. At the request of the customer, the knife can be made for cutting an apple into 2,3,4,5,6,8,9,10 parts, as well as only for extracting the core. The principle of the cutting operation: an apple is put on the pin with the tail up, the lever lowers the knife down to the stop, cutting the apple approximately 3/4 of its height. Under the action of the spring, the knife rises to the upper point. The next apple is planted on the pin. Lowering the knife to the very bottom again, the first apple rests against the lower one and is completely cut. The core of the apple rises up the pipe and falls on the tray. The work does not require significant effort. Working with a manual cutter is similar to the principle of mechanical cutting.
