The intelligent self-adjusting sorting quality control system processes the video signal of the product flow in real time, which serves as a guarantee of stable cleaning during the entire time of operation of the device.

The ideal ratio of the width of the tray and the viewing angle of the cameras prevents distortion of the image at the edges of the tray, and as a result ensures the accuracy and quality of the sorting of the overall product flow.

The width of the ejectors of 5 mm ensures accurate blowing out of unsuitable product, both large and small fractions, minimizing losses of suitable product during sorting.

The design of the nozzles ensures low air consumption. The ejectors are installed directly in the nozzle block, which reduces the reaction time to the emission of an unsuitable product to a minimum, and contributes to the concentration of waste.
