The crusher D1-7.5 is intended for grinding fruits andfruits pitted. It consists of a housing, a drive, a rotor and a cutting device. The case is a rigid box structure on which all the nodes are mounted. There is a loading hopper in the upper part of the case.

The cutting device can be of two types: knife and sharpening. The dust-shaped knives are fixed in special clips with slits for removing the cut product and are intended for fine grinding of it. The adjacent flat knife can be used to grind the product into plates.

The knife-cutting device is used for crushing hard products (carrots and others), and the grater is used for crushing soft varieties of apples.(//tractor-service.com)

The feed screw and four working whips are placed on the rotor shaft. The raw material is thrown through the hopper with the help of a feed screw into the working cavity, where it is picked up by the rotor blades and, under the action of centrifugal force, is pressed against the cutting device and advanced through the knives or the grinding surface. Being crushed, the product falls freely through the slits of the cutting device and is taken away for further processing.
