Thanks to more than 50 years of experience in the design of grain dryers, CFCAI engineers managed to achieve an ideal ratio of all parameters that affect drying processes, which allows us to guarantee the ideal quality of the dried material, guaranteed by productivity, absolute safety and ease of operation! The installed exhaust air recirculation system returns the used air from the bottom of the dryer, where the air is no longer saturated with moisture from the grain, back, through the air mixer, to reheating and reuse.

This design, together with the completely heat-insulated body of the dryer, allows you to save up to 27% of thermal energy and, accordingly, the energy carrier. The recirculating air does not come into contact with the open flame of the burners, due to which, the possibility of igniting the dustgrain particles contained in it is excluded.
