In this form, we get cheese in the form of a rounded cylinder weighing up to 3 kg. size: D=100 mm. and height up to 320 mm.
The complete set of forms includes: a plastic base and a cover-press of a rounded shape with fixed inserts made of perforated stainless food steel; welded perforated shell made of stainless food steel.
Pressing is carried out as follows: a side shell is installed in the plastic base, the cheesegrain is poured in, which is covered with a lid and placed under the press. Through the holes in the perforated elements and the holes in the plastic base of the mold during pressing, the serum is separatedserums.
