The trough has a hatch for cleaning and disinfecting feeders. Feedersfodder loss are absent, as the trough is reinforced with corners that are bent inside the trough and prevent feed from scattering, and the mechanism for regulating the width of the gap between the bottom of the feeder and the hopper reduces or increases the intensity of feed feeding to the bottom of the trough.
