Cell equipment OKBP for growing a parent flock of poultry, Chernihiv region.

PJSC "Zavod "Nezhinselmash" has developed and manufactures cell equipment of OKBP for breeding parent herds. The produced equipment allows you to keep the bird in optimally comfortable conditions, which in turn allows you to increase the productivity of the bird and hatching egg yield, as well as improve the microclimate in the poultry house. The equipment significantly reduces the costs of maintenance and maintenance of poultry.

The construction of the cage due to the presence of a height-adjustable perch, optimal cage sizes for keeping birds, a darkened nest, as well as height-adjustable drinking troughs creates conditions for achieving high results in terms of increasing productivity and the quality of the obtained hatching egg when containing any crosses of egg breeds.
1. Provides optimal conditions for keeping the parental herd and realizing its genetic potential:
• - the presence of a height-adjustable perch in the cage increases the useful floor area of the cage, as part of the bird sits on the perch.
• - in the cage there are two drinking lines, adjustable in height, on which 4-6 nipple drinkers with drip catchers are installed, which prevents water loss. The placement of two tench provides freer access todrinkers.
• - the cage has a door with vertical bars for feeding roosters.
• - the presence of a plastic profile on the edge of the longitudinal lines of egg collection protects the egg from cuts.
• - at the request of the customer, a separate feeder for roosters is installed.
• - the equipment provides two options for egg collection - with an outlet on the table opposite each battery and an elevator with an outlet in a separate room.
• - feed distribution is carried out simultaneously by mobile feed dispensers with original dispensers that ensure the delivery of feed in the necessary quantities, and it is constantly mixed.
• - the cage doors are tightly closed with a simple and reliable lock.
• - a protective visor made of galvanized steel in thearea of the feeders protects the egg from cracking and prevents litter from falling into the feeders.
