Bomet single-row potato planter is used for planting potato tubers. The planter is assembled on a tractor with a power of 18 hp, with the help of a rear three-point attachment of the hinged equipment.

When the potato planter moves along the cultivated area, the drivewheels with ground grips rotate the chainelevator belt, equipped with grippers for tubers. At the same time, potatoes from the hopper of the planter fall into the furrow formed by the digging plow with a certain step. Two burying discs cover the tuber, forming a ridge.
