The branch shredder is used for fast and effective processing (mulching) of large volumes of sawn branches and tree trunks with a diameter of up to 200 mm into chips. Its productivity is 8-9 m³/hour. The shredder is installed on the tractor's hinged system using a special three-point mechanism and is activated by the power take-off shaft. The rotation speed of the tractor shaft when the chopper is working should be 540 rpm. Processing of branches can be carried out directly at the place of felling and with much greater productivity than units with an electric drive. The turning radius of the discharge sleeve is 302°. It is equipped with a milling cutting mechanism, as well as a hydraulic feed mechanism with reverse. This allows you to grind dry and fresh wood of any kind, including hard wood, so working with ashredder is simple, convenient and safe. The marking of this product may differ - IV20 (in Russian), PG20 (in Ukrainian), but this is one and the same equipment.
