Devices of the F11 and F12 series are hydraulic motors of increased power with a constant working volume and a broken axis. They can be used for various applications both in open and closed circuits.
• Devices of the F11 series are supplied with the following body sizes and in the following versions: - F11-5, -10, -12, -14, -19 and -150 with CETOP mounting flange and shaft end - F11-10, -12 and -14 with ISO flange and shaft - F11-10, -12, -14, -19, -150 and -250 s flange and shaft SAE
• The F12 series has mounting flange and shaft end configurations in accordance with current ISO and SAE standards. A version with a compact pumping unit is also available.
• Thanks to the unique spherical design of the piston, F11 and F12 hydraulic motors can be used at unusually high shaft rotation frequencies. Working pressures up to 480 bar provide high output power.
• The angle of 40° between the shaft and the cylinder sleeve ensures a very compact and light design of the hydraulic motor.
• A multilayer piston ring provides important advantages, for example, small internal leakage and resistance to thermal shocks.
• F11 and F12 hydraulic motors provide very high torque at start-up, as well as at low rotation frequencies.
• The distribution gear of a unique design ensures the synchronization of the shaft and the cylinder sleeve, as a result of which the F11 and F12 devices are resistant to high accelerations and torsional vibrations.
• Durable roller bearings allow significant external axial and radial loads on the shaft.
