Lubricate the skin with ghee, and then, in the form of an appliqué, apply a cloth to the skin.

We make an appliqué from canvas on the chest and back and keep it for 20-40 minutes. However, the first procedure should last no more than 15 minutes!

Useful tips for use:
1. We choose a propolis cloth based on the principle of "contamination". The darker it is, the "dirtier" it is, the more it containspropolis and other useful substances.
2. Canvas cannot be soaked, let alone be washed. This threatens the loss of the therapeutic effect. It is better to heat it over steam or put it on warm pipes or a battery.
3. The propolis cloth should be stored in a dry and cool place, pre-wrapped in polyethylene or parchment.

With proper storage, the propolis cloth will last for 3-4 years!
