Hydraulic press for extruding the finished product from the dough for packaging. It is offered in three versions: P-1 – for tanks of 300-600 liters, P-2 – for tanks of 600-1000 liters. The extruding piston is made directly under the specially designed die. The press makes it possible to raise the container to a height of up to 1 meter with the help of an electromechanical lifter and, with the help of a hydraulic cylinder installed in the upper part of the press, squeeze out the product for packaging. The engine power of the P-1 press hydraulic station is 1.5 kW, P-2 is 2.2 kW, and the drive power of the electromechanical hoist is 1.5 kW and 2.2 kW, respectively. The force developed by the press is 15 and 20 tons, respectively, the pressure of the product at the exit of the die is up to 2 kg / cm2. Management is carried out with the help of a microprocessor, which can be combined with your packaging equipment.
