They are equipped with high-quality digital automation, modern accurate temperature and humidity sensors! The original humidification system, which has no analoguesincubator environments of other manufacturers, provides automatic maintenance of humidity up to 85% even in the hot, dry period of the year, without increasing the temperature in the incubator!

The case of the incubator is collapsible, mounted on a pre-prepared floor. Assembled from durable materials: sandwich panels and aluminum profile, the insulation is high-density expanded polystyrene. Panels are connected to each other with fastening bolts. The rotary system in the form of incubation carts on wheels provides automatic rotation of the trays after a given time. The elements of the turning system are painted. The trays are galvanized, made of welded mesh. A stirring fan is installed to ensure air circulation inside the chamber and equalize the parameters of the air environment. An electric heater is located in the fan area. Adjustable ventilation holes are provided for supplying fresh air and exhausting used air. Humidification of the air occurs by finely dispersed spraying of water, which, mixing with the air, evaporates, providing the necessary humidity in the chamber. Water is poured into an autonomous tankемкость or supplied from a water supply. The humidification system provides automatic maintenance of humidity from 30 to 80%. The incubator is equipped with modern microprocessor automation, which automatically maintains the set incubation parameters with high accuracy, controls the tray rotation drive and the ventilation system. A sound alarm informs about the deviation of the set parameters. To avoid overheating of the eggs, when they release biological heat, a built-in exhaust fan is used, which is automatically turned on by the electronics unit when the temperature rises.
