Advantages:
- 65G spring-spring steel or its analogues with manganese content is used, as well as boron-containing steel;
- Full heat treatment cycle. Hardening does not occur once (a shortened cycle), but in several stages (heating to high temperatures and resting inoil or a saline solution several times;(//tractor-service.com)
- The content of manganese (boron) in the metal only after the full cycle of heat treatment strengthens the product to such an extent that it becomes weakly washable, i.e. wear-resistant to friction;
- The optimal hardness of the product is 36-42 units (HRC), no more than 42HRC;
- The volume hardening method is used (the product is completely subjected to heat treatment, not only on the working edge or surface);
- Additional surfacing of hard alloys on the working edge is possible to increase the resource of wear resistance.
