Disk harrow"Solokha" BGR-4,2 is intended for soil cultivation of various mechanicalcomposite with grinding and incorporation of harvest residues into the soil, as well as for preparing the soil for sowing winter crops, after harvesting plowed fields, without deep main soil cultivation. The harrow can be used in all soil and climatic zones of Ukraine.
The disc harrow consists of two batteries, the front one is equipped with "chamomile" discs, and the rear one has solid discs, this allows the harrow to work at a given depth and with a high degree of quality, despite the hardness of the soil and harvest residues on the field surface. This is achieved primarily due to the large load on the disk (in BGR-4.2 "Solokha" it is 130 kg/per disk), and the combination of disks ("chamomile" disks are best able to cut the soil layer and grind crop residues, "solid" disks better mix the soil and grind it), thanks to this, "Solokha" copes well with large crop residues.
To improve reliability and speed up repairs, both disc batteries of the harrow are divided into three sections, each of which rests on two supports with bearing assemblies, thus with a working width of 4.2 m, the disc battery rests on six bearing assemblies with self-centering spherical roller bearings, which have several degrees of protection against dust and dirt.
Sections of disk batteries are assembled on shafts with a square section, which makes it impossible to scroll disks, coils between disks and pressure washers.
Discs with a diameter of 710 mm are installed on the harrow, which makes it possible to increase their resource by at least 30% compared to discs Ø 650 mm installed on other harrows.
But the most important advantage of this disk harrow is the stable depth of cultivation. In disc harrows produced before, the tillage depth was set by the angle of attack of the batteries, but when soil moisture and the amount of plant residues on the surface of the field changed, the disc harrow deepened, or on the contrary, deepened, which violated the main agrotechnical requirement - the tillage depth. In the diskBGR-4,2 "Solokha" tillage depth is also set by the angle of attack of the batteries, but it is additionally limited on the wheel suspension, so even with the maximum angle of attack of the batteries, the harrow will not go deeper than that set on the wheel suspension, and dry land or a large amount of plant residues will not dig the harrow due to its considerable mass - 130 kg/disk (for for example, in BDT - 7 this indicator is 55 kg/disc).
Upon request, the harrow can be equipped with a rolling roller, which additionally grinds large lumps, and creates such a background after its work that reduces the evaporation of moisture from the soil. Structurally, it is made of plates, which prevents it from clogging with plant remains and wet soil.
Compared to the traditional technology of the main tillage with a plow, using a harrow you reduce fuel costs by half, and perform the same amount of work twice as fast.
If you take into account only fuel savings, the harrow will pay for itself already after working 1300 hectares, but in addition, you will not have heaps of plant residues on the surface of the field, fallen ridges and fallen furrows, as in plowing, you will compact the soil less.
You will do your work twice as fast, because you don't need to buy 2 tractors and two sets of tools to go with them.
And most importantly, remember that when you buy a harrow, you pay for it money that you would still spend tomorrow on additional fuel.
