KAS-32 liquid fertilizer is a solution of urea with ammonium nitrate and contains 32% nitrogen. It is one of the most promising fertilizers with high economic efficiency. KAS has a neutral or slightly alkaline reaction, is a transparent or yellowish liquid with a density of 1.26-1.33 g / cm.

Fertilizer KAS-32 practically does not contain free ammonia, which excludes nitrogen losses during loading, transportation, storage and introduction into the soil. It can be applied with the help of high-performance units without simultaneous embedding in the soil, as well as with irrigation water. In addition to all the above-mentioned advantages, KAS does not pollute the environment, improves nitrogen consumption during drought, operating costs for its application are significantly lower than other fertilizers. KAS is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive, which is especially important for nitrates.

KAS-32 solution with corrosion inhibitor can be transported in ordinary railway tanks and tank trucks. The low temperature of crystallization (-2 ° C) and freezing (-26 ° C) makes it possible to transport and store KAS all year round, especially in insulated storages buried in the ground.
The formation of crystals and short-term freezing of KAS-32 solutions in storage containers does not pose a great danger, as the crystals dissolve as the temperature rises, and the fertilizer completely restores its properties.

To store solutions, you can use storage containers designed for ammonia water and household appliances. When filling containers intended for ammonia water, it is necessary to take into account that the density of KAS is 1.30 g/cm³ on average. It is not recommended to fill tanks with KAS solution over 80% of the volume, as exceeding this level can lead to deformation of the container andfertilizer loss. To prevent crystallization and corrosion of metal, ammonium phosphate or liquid complex fertilizers ZhKP grade NP = 10-34, NP = 11-37 at the rate of 0.2% Р2О5 are added to the KAS solution.
