IMPORTANT! Made from a copy of the original Lithuanian cooler (ENLARGED), which is capable of working with two OGM-1.5 presses.
Compared to the COUNTER-FLOW cooler, which destroys the unformed hot granule and has more than 15% of the sifted granule, which is returned for re-granulation. Not only that the OGM-1.5 press produces up to 1,000 kg of wood raw material, while the COUNTER-FLOW cooler returns 200-300 kg/time, which no one counts.

The chief engineers of Europe took into account when developing this cooler that the outgoing granule from thegranulator is hot and has very low mechanical strength, so the granule is at rest until it reaches maximum strength and only then it enters the sieve. In this way, a minimum % of the drop is achieved, which increases the productivity of the entire line as a whole without additional energy costs for repeated granulation. In practice, this is + 10% to productivity in contrast to COUNTER-FLOW coolers.
