Mechanism of action:
Skor 250 EC k.e. is absorbed by the plant and affects the fungal pathogen during penetration and haustoria formation. It stops the development of fungi, preventing the biosynthesis of sterols in cell membranes. Although the nature of the effect allows the use of the drug for prevention and treatment, it is recommended to carry out processing at a sufficiently early stage in order to avoid irreversible losses of the harvest and the acquisition of a large-scale infection. Application in Integrated Protection Systems (ISZ):
Skor 250 EC k.e. has extremely high biological activity and a low consumption rate. The possibility of application at different times of the growing season is ideal when using alarm systems and forecasting the development of diseases. In the recommended norms Skor 250 EC k.e. does not affect soil organisms, pollinators and is practically not harmful to beneficial entomo- and acarifauna. Therefore Skor 250 EC k.e. suitable for use in ICS. In order to avoid the development of infection on a large scale, early treatment should be carried out with a preventive purpose. Use for therapeutic purposes cannot serve as a general recommendation. There is no risk of resistance at the recommended rates. Alternate spraying with fungicides with different mechanisms of action.
Compatibility with other drugs:
Skor 250 EC k.e. can be used to prepare solutions in a mixture with most other pesticides used in protection technologies. In case of doubt, check.
Preparation of working solution:
Preparation of the working solution should be carried out in a specially equipped place. The drug Skor 250 EC k.e. used in the form of an aqueous solution. Fill tanksprayer 1/10 or one quarter full with water. Start mixing. Shake the canister with the drug thoroughly. Add the required amount Skor 250 EC k.e. and add the rest of the water. When filling the tank, the water supply hose must be above the water level in the tank. Mix the solution thoroughly. Empty canisters should be rinsed three times with water, which should be added to the working solution. Continue mixing the working solution during processing. Only clean water should be used to prepare the working mixture. The working solution must be used within 24 hours after preparation.
Method of use:
Any ground spraying equipment can be used. Spraying equipment must be carefully calibrated before use, taking into account the speed of movement of the sprayer, the rate of delivery of the solution and the uniformity of its distribution. Adjust the volume of the working fluid according to the rate of consumption of the culture. The optimal hours for carrying out protective works are from 6 to 9 in the morning or from 7 to 9 in the evening in windless, dry weather at a temperature of no more than 25°C. Rinse the sprayer with clean water after use or at the end of the day, clean the filters.
