Press briquetting machine for sawdust, straw (250-300 kg/hour), Poltava region.

For processing of waste received in the process of processing wood, processinggrains, waste briquetting technology was developed.
Briquetting is the process of pressing finely ground waste under high pressure without the use of binders. The moisture content of the compressed material should not exceed 12%, and the particle size should not exceed 25 mm. With the help of high pressure and heat, lignin is released from the raw material, which acts as a binder and keeps the briquette in a dense state.

Polish-made press in good condition after general repair.
