The production of processed walnutwalnut is located in the industrial zone of Chisinau (Republic of Moldova).
All works at the plant are carried out in accordance with the requirements of the sanitary and epidemiological services, the fire inspection, the labor protection service, the environmental service, as well as all other accompanying inspections and control bodies.
Our production facilities and unique technology allow us to process 2,000,000 kg of walnuts in shell per hour.
The new technology patented by us (A20150090) allows processing walnuts with the maximum yield of whole kernels.
The main directions of activity at the present time:
• production of processed walnuts in the shell, with a maximum kernel yield of not less than 80% halves;
• joint activities for the export of walnuts abroad.
Providing us with walnuts in the shell for further processing at our enterprise, we guarantee that you will receive: at least 80% yield of halves, calibration of the cleaned kernel by size and sorting by categories according to international quality standards.
Due to the fact that a high percentage of the entire kernel is extracted, no parts of the nut kernel remain in the shell, so the percentage of kernel yield is very high in relation to the total weight of the nut in the shell.
The walnut processing line carries out the following operations:
• cleaning walnuts from impurities, dust, parasites, etc.;(//tractor-service.com)
• extraction of the whole nut kernel (not less than 80% halves);
• calibration of walnut kernels according to the client's order (halves, quarters)
• separation of walnut kernels according to the color scheme at the client's request;
• packaging of products in cardboard boxes with greaseproof parchment paper or in vacuum packaging.
