Principle of action.
Water is poured into the tank up to half ofcapacity and heated to a temperature of 90 degrees, the temperature is maintained automatically. The raw material is ground to the state of a fine fraction. The crushed raw material is placed in a bag made of linen or jute fabric. The bag is located inside the separator. Laying of raw materials is done in layers about four centimeters thick. Layers are separated by drainage - burlap orstraw. A sieve is installed on top of the separator. After that, a simple pressing lever mechanism is installed, which significantly increases the pressure on the sieve, using the method of a three-stage lever mechanism. The packed and ready-to-use separator is immersed in a heated cooking tank with a water temperature of 90 degrees, then hot water is added to the upper level.
Raw wax is boiled for about one hour. An indicator of readiness is a film ofwax on the surface of the water.

After that, the process of wringing out the wax begins. The wax is squeezed out slowly without haste within 40 minutes with small strokes of the rod.
