Corn germ contains about 18% proteins, 8%starch, 10%sugar, 10% minerals. More than 80% of the fat contained in corn kernels, about 20% of proteins and about 74% of mineral substances are concentrated in corn germs.
The composition of embryo fat includes unsaturated fatty acids (linoleic 56%, oleic 30%, linolenic 0.7%) and 14% saturated. The protein part of the embryo contains about 37% globulins, 51% glutelin, 5% zein and 7% insoluble fats. The embryo contains a large set of amino acids and is rich in vitamin E (tocopherol), betasitosterone and phytin.
Packaging - 1 - layer bags made of polypropylene material of 30 kg each or in bulk.
