New (warranty) Universal pneumatic seeder SUPN-8(SUPN-6)Principle of operation: with the help of the gear mechanism from the supporting and driving wheels, the seed sowing discs and augers of fat sowing devices are rotated. With the help of a vacuum, the seeds are sucked into the holes of the rotating disk located in the rarefaction zone and transported from the intake chamber to the discharge zone. Removal of excess seeds, which have been sucked into the holes, back into the intake chamber, is carried out with a dropping fork. The coulter makes a groove, lays the fat first, they are sprinkled with earth and then, in the groove, the seeds fall so that there is no contact between the seed and the fat.
The wrappers close the furrow, therolling wheel compacts the soil, creating contact between the seeds and the soil and conditions for them to absorb moisture, and the plume levels the surface of the field and creates a mulched soil layer.
