ADVANTAGES OF ROTOR MOWER WIRAX 1.65 M:

1. High performance
Due to rotating rotors (discs) with knives installed on them, grass, cereals, and thin shrubs are mowed. Such a Wirax scythe has a grip width of 165 cm, thanks to which it is possible to process extensive areas. This unit is optimally suited not only for mini-tractors, but also for large tractors. When using it, the 135 cm long "leg" of the unit provides the necessary distance from thezadnego kolesa equipment to the rotor, and, consequently, the tractor does not crush the grass with its wheels and does not make mowing difficult. Due to the high working speed of 12 km/h, such a mower has increased productivity - up to 0.75 ha in 1 hour of operation.
2. Big power
Optimum power and reliable construction allow this mower to mow not only soft grass, but also tough varieties and even small shrubs. The active units of the mower are set in motion from the PTO of the tractor through the cardan (not included). The recommended speed of rotation of the tractor power take-off shaft for work with this unit is 540 revolutions per minute. Its mass is 310 kg, so the minimum power of the equipment to which such attached equipment is aggregated should be at least 24 hp. The Wirax rotary mower is designed for a standard three-point hitch.
3. Minimum cutting height
The cutting height of Wirax mowers is set at the factory and is equal to 5.8 cm. But thanks to the floating discs, you can adjust the mowing height and reduce it to 3.2 cm. Also, the advantage of this unit is that it can mow on uneven terrain, in particular, on roadsides and on slopes at an angle of up to 20°. In addition, when working with it regularly on the site, any irregularities and bumps are smoothed out.
4. Damage resistance
When working with the mower, there is a possibility of accidental collisions with obstacles, and in order to avoid breakdowns, the unit is equipped with a damping device that works due to a return spring, and the working unit of the mower can tilt back at an angle of up to 20° and bypass the obstacle.
5. Laying the grass in rolls
Grass mowed with such a unit is immediately placed in rolls (even rows), which are then easier to dry and remove.
6. Safety at work
In order to avoid damage and trauma from small stones and objects that can fly out from under the knives, to ensure the safety of people and vehicles located nearby, a special tarpaulin awning (not included in the package). It covers the drums of the cutting mechanism and keeps objects flying out from under the discs.
7. Convenience of storage and transportation
Wirax rotary mower has two positions - working and transportation. During transportation, it takes up a minimum of space and is placed in a trailer. This is achieved due to the two-shouldered axis on the frame, which serves to easily transfer the scythe from one position to another.
