The ISM-10 separator is a modern equipment designed for cleaning from any type of garbage and sorting by weight, seeds of grain, leguminous, fodder, oil and grass crops and other bulk materials.
The ICM separator separates the grain into fractions by the method of aerodynamic air supply to the separation chamber. The grain is divided into fractions with an accuracy of +/- 3%, which makes it possible to obtain marketable and seed material of high quality.

This grain cleaning machine was built on the basis of the well-known SAD and Almaz separators, and is their evolutionary continuation, as it uses advanced developments in aerodynamics and electronics.

The air separator ISM-10 does not contain any sieves. The entire grain processing process takes place in the air flow. Separation of grain mixture particles takes place according to 2 parameters - weight and buoyancy.

The principle of operation of the separator is based on separation in the air flow of the separated material: Material is fed into the separation chamber by gravity in a wide stream. Air flows into the chamber from the side. Depending on the weight, shape and buoyancy of the particles, there is a distribution of the particles, which under the action of gravity fall into the corresponding trays. From the trays, the grain is fed into bags or diverted from the machine by trays-chutes.

The amount of material fed is regulated by a valve in the hopper of the machine. The amount of air supplied to the separation chamber is regulated by the engine revolutions thanks to the frequency converter.(//tractor-service.com)

The ISM-10 grain separator is able to work with grain of any degree of contamination and moisture without reducing the productivity and quality of separation.

ISM-10 haswheels for moving aroundthe warehouse i.e. it is mobile. When using the ISM-10 separator in a warehouse, it must be additionally equipped with a loader (to ensure loading) and to ensure the removal of calibrated grain from the fractions (although the machine also has bag cutters for attaching bags)

The ISM-10 grain separator does not require complex maintenance. Sometimes external cleaning should be carried out, internal cleaning is carried out by the separator itself, when the motor is running in reverse mode.

Grain processing on the ISM-10 separator can take place in 4 modes:
- Preliminary grain cleaning;
- Primary cleaning of grain;
- Grain calibration (grain sorting);
- Mixed mode (simultaneous cleaning and calibration).
