The ASM-5 separator is a modern aerodynamic machine designed for cleaning from any type of garbage and sorting by weight the seeds of cereals,legumes, oilseeds, fodder and grass crops, etc. bulk materials.

The ACM separator separates the grain into fractions by the method of aerodynamic air supply to the separation chamber. The grain is divided into fractions with an accuracy of +/- 3%, which allows to obtain seed and commercial material of high quality.

The ASM-5 separator has 7 trays, 7 fractions. Heavy impurities (stones, soil, heavy impurities...) fall into the first tray. In the second and third trays, the grain with the maximum weight falls - seed material, in the fourth and fifth - commercial grain. Shredded, thin, thin, injured - falls into the fodder fraction, in the last trays. Dust, straw, husk leaves the machine with the exhaust air.

The ASM-5 air separator does not contain any sieves. The entire grain processing process takes place in the air flow. Separation of particles of the grain mixture takes place according to 2 parameters - weight and buoyancy of its components.

Thisgrain cleaning machine was built on the basis of the well-known separators SAD and Almaz, and is their evolutionary continuation, as it uses advanced developments in aerodynamics and electronics.

This machine processes all loose materials and grain crops from small seeds (rape, poppy, alfalfa, flax) to such as barley, oats, wheat, peas,corn, soybeans and others.
