Vacuum seed drill for precision seeding SP 8F 70 5800 with fertilizer fertilizer
The SP universal pneumatic seeder is a new generation of accurate universal seeders for sowing all types of seeds on cultivated soil, and is the result of the GASPARDO company's experience. The main concept is developed in combination with the principle of simplicity, both from the point of view of design and practicality of use.
The SP seeding element, which is the result of many years of development by Gaspardo, is intended for precision seeding on cultivated lands. SP seeders allow sowing of plowed crops with maximum accuracy, efficiency and reliability. The seeder is equipped with a mineral fertilizer application system, seeding signaling, and hydraulic markers.
The seeder can be equipped with various seeding elements for maximum results when sowing various crops.
The low seed drop height in combination with the easily and precisely adjustable selector and theadjustment wheel depths allow sowing with maximum accuracy according to the seeding rate and depth.
Ease of use, reliability and accuracy of seeding are the main characteristics of this seeder. The pressure of the element on the soil can be adjusted by means of a pressure adjustment spring. Coulter made of wear-resistant steel with a quick-change system. The body of the distributor is completely made of aluminum. Rear compressor wheel fromrubbers. Precise and quick adjustment of the sowing depth. The seed and fertilizer hopper is made of high-strength plastic. Reliable cardan transmission with quick-release connector and acoustic safety: maintenance-free. Quick opening for quick disc replacement, low-friction gasket. Synthetic bushings do not require maintenance. The volume seeding device for fertilizers is easily regulated and allows to distribute fertilizers with different dosages, maintaining accuracy within the limits: 50-700 kg/ha. Centralized adjustment, convenient and fast. Anti-corrosion paint coating, resistant to abrasion, cataphoretic treatment of metal components ensures long-term use.
Constant control over the quality of sowing is provided thanks to the sowing alarm installed in the cabin.
The control monitor gives the following information:
- control of sowing grain;
- an indicator of the distance of sowing grain;
- counter of hectares of cultivated area;
