Rapsovy table (rapeseed harvester) is intended for re-equipment of grain headers of domestic andimport harvesters for direct harvesting of rapeseed and is aggregated with augersdomestic harvesters and imported harvesters (from 3 m to 9 m)

Rapeseed table ensures high-quality work of the harvester with the least losses. The design of the device consists of the following main components:

— left and right sidewalls;
— finger-mounted cutting device;
— the drive of the remote cutting device by means of the rocking washer mechanism (MKSH) manufactured by the Simferopolselmash plant and used on the Don and Slavutych combines;
— the left active divider with a drive from the MKSH drive of the cutting apparatus of the device;
— the right active divider with a drive from the knife of the cutting apparatus of the device; — table 700 mm long;

The technological process proceeds as follows. When the unit moves across the field, the vertical knives of the cutting device of the device divide the rapeseed field into strips vertically, the horizontal knife of the cutting device of the device cuts the canola stalks horizontally, the reel brings portions of the stalks to the auger of the harvester, supports them at the time of cutting. The auger transports the stalks to the center of the harvester and further through the beater of the spacer into the threshing machine of the combine.
